We offer product returns and store credit within the first 30 days.
We want every customer to be happy with their purchases from Petite Rouge. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied. You may return items for a store credit or refund, minus restocking/handling fee, within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use. Please follow these instructions:
PRODUCT EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCEDURE
1. Call us at (337) 662–4002 or email us at "email@example.com" a picture of the item that you're returning.
3. Once we have received the returned product in good/original condition, we'll proceed as requested: 1) Issue a store credit minus the 20% restocking fee. 2) Refund back to your original payment payment amount minus a 20% handling fee.
Please note: Original shipping not included in the refund percentage.
